Assessment
The courses and training programs being offered through CCDNSW are competency based. This means that your performance in the course will be judged in relation to competencies, and not in comparison with other students.

Assessment Criteria

Modules 1-4 are assessed through the successful completion of Online tasks including quizzes and short writing tasks, plus a major assignment which requires the practical application of skills developed and knowledge gained through the learning activities. For instance, The Marketing module requires provision of a Marketing Plan as the major assignment. Participation in Online discussion is also assessed.

Modules 8-11 are assessed through the successful completion of a work based project, completion of an Online student presentation, ongoing diary entries and a report by the workplace supervisor.

Upon conclusion of assessment, your record will be marked with 'Competent' or 'Not Yet Competent'.
